Water Paste Print

Suitable for printing on light-colored fabrics.

It will not affect the handle of the fabric after printing, which is very suitable for large-area printing. It has the characteristics of soft tactility and bright colors.

1

Digital Printing

The handle of fabric after printing is good.

The working principle of digital printing is to convert the existing pattern into a digital form through a scanner and input it into the computer. It is edited and processed by the computer printing and color separation drawing system, and then the computer controls the micro-piezo inkjet nozzle to spray the special ink directly on the textile, and the color is mixed and then restored to draw the drawing pattern.Becuase there has no plate making, the process of printing is convenient and fast.

2

Placement print

Placement printing needs to scan the garment pattern into the computer at a ratio of one to one before printing, and then put the exact size into the pattern according to the design, then choose the digital printing method to print the pattern, and transfer the pattern on the printing machine to complete the printing.

If clothing needs to use placement printing technology, then there are requirements for the distance between the prints and the distance between the white edges when cutting the fabric.

3

Gold stamping

Cloth gold stamping is a process in which brightly colored HS foil (anodized aluminum) is stamped on clothing fabrics or various fabrics through a certain medium.

With the improvement of people's living standards, the requirements for the individualization of clothing are getting higher and higher. With its magnificent and dazzling brilliance, bronzing fabrics impact people's vision and are favored by more and more people.

4

Tie dye

Tye-Dyeing is divided into two parts: tieing and dyeing. It uses yarn, thread, rope and other tools to dye the fabric in a variety of combined forms such as Tie, sew, embellish, clip, etc.

The characteristic of the process is to twist the fabric to be dyed with thread into knots, and then remove the twisted thread after dyeing. It has more than one hundred variations of techniques, each with its own characteristics. For example, the "roll up twist" is rich in color, natural changes, and endless fun. What is even more surprising is that tie each kind of knot, even if there are thousands of them, they will not appear the same after they are dyed. This is a unique artistic effect that is difficult to achieve by the mechanical printing and dyeing process.
